Is your child starting Kindergarten in 2027?
🌟 A Special Focus this year: Kindergarten Playgroup
Our Kindergarten Playgroup is a new addition to our transition program.
Held in our school and guided by our Kindergarten Assistant Principal, Playgroup offers a relaxed and welcoming environment where children can:
- Begin building new friendships
- Explore part of the school grounds
- Grow in confidence and independence
- Become familiar with their future school community
These sessions are a wonderful way for children to feel comfortable at school long before their first official day. By the time Kindergarten begins, many of our students already feel like they belong.
Supporting the Whole Family
In addition to Playgroup, families can participate in school tours, preschool visits, an online parent information evening, and classroom orientation sessions throughout 2026. Each experience is thoughtfully designed to ensure a smooth and positive transition.
We can’t wait to welcome our 2027 Kindergarten students to the Harbord family and partner with you on this exciting journey.
