Parents are welcome to be involved at Harbord Public School by participating in activities, attending functions and helping out in a variety of ways in the classroom and within the school community.
This may include helpers for literacy groups, reading (with groups or individuals), maths groups, art and craft activities or excursions. Parents may also be involved in extra curricular activities such as chess club, assisting with the coaching of sporting teams or accompanying students to tournaments, knockout competitions, gala days or band performances.
The sections at the sidebar outline some of the many opportunities for involvement.
